5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by the User:
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours]of the pickup time may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by the Company:
    • Kiwi4Transfer reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or emergencies. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Responsibilities of the User

  • The User must ensure they are ready for pickup at the specified time and location.
  • The User is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their actions or negligence.
  • The User must comply with local laws and regulations during the journey.

7. Responsibilities of the Company

  • Kiwi4Transfer is committed to providing timely, safe, and reliable transportation services.
  • The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, or strikes.
  • In case of any service disruption, the Company will make reasonable efforts to inform the User and provide alternative arrangements.

8. Luggage and Personal Belongings

  • The User is allowed to bring a reasonable amount of luggage. Please inform us in advance for oversized items.
  • Kiwi4Transfer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.

9. Use of the Website
